General Terms
By using Ecompay’s services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify you of any changes.
We strive to ensure that all service information provided on our platform is accurate. However, we are not responsible for inaccuracies, incomplete details, or outdated information.
The applicable and referenceable information is based on legally binding documents such as contracts, commitments, and memoranda of understanding signed with Ecompay.
Service Usage Conditions
To use the Google Merchant Center service, Ecompay encourages you to be an experienced seller on this platform with demonstrable revenue. Your products will also be thoroughly reviewed before Ecompay decides to collaborate with you. Ecompay may request product samples for inspection. If your products violate Ecompay’s policies, we reserve the right to refuse collaboration without bearing any responsibility for the submitted product information.
Shipping policies and seller credibility are also critical factors in determining cooperation. We value sellers who demonstrate responsibility to buyers, provide professional customer service, deliver orders on time, and generate substantial revenue. Ensuring service quality and meeting delivery commitments are necessary conditions for building a long-term and effective partnership with Ecompay.
Service Fees
Service fees are calculated based on the monthly revenue of the rented online store, considering the total committed revenue and product type. On average, the service fee for a standard store is approximately 7% of total revenue. You are required to pay this fee according to Ecompay’s billing cycle, typically every 10 days.
For Google Ads accounts, Ecompay does not charge service fees, but you will need to pay advertising costs directly to Google. The customer support email service fee is waived if your revenue meets the committed target. Otherwise, Ecompay will charge fees based on Google’s subscription package.
Payment Policy
Service fees are collected via the PingPongX payment system. Late payments exceeding 10 days will incur a penalty of 0.1% of the outstanding amount per day. The account setup fee is $200, refundable if your revenue targets are met within 30 days of registration.
Product Policy
You are prohibited from selling dietary supplements, cosmetics, weapons, prohibited items, or products that violate the commitments between both parties on the rented online store from Ecompay.
If you engage in activities that harm buyer rights, such as failing to deliver products or committing fraud, Ecompay reserves the right to terminate the service, cancel the contract prematurely, and retain all revenue. If a product is reported for copyright infringement by a third party or is requested to be removed by the hosting/domain provider, Ecompay reserves the right to delete the product from the rented online store without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will endeavor to resolve it through mediation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be settled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
Termination of Service
The service may be terminated under the following circumstances:
- If you fail to meet the committed revenue targets during the contract period, Ecompay reserves the right to terminate the contract without prior notice.
- When the contract expires and there is no renewal or new contract signed between the parties, the contract will automatically terminate without further notice.
- If either party violates the agreed terms, including but not limited to late payments, failure to fulfill obligations, or infringement of the other party’s rights, the contract may be terminated.
In the event of contract termination, all fees and financial obligations incurred up to the termination date must be fully settled.
