Service Introduction
We provide a comprehensive online business infrastructure solution, including the rights to operate storefronts on international e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Temu, Poshmark, Amazon, and eBay. Each account system comes with completed Identity Verification (KYC), pre-configured payment methods, and is established within an isolated operating environment (VPS/Proxy) to ensure maximum security for the seller.
Conditions of Use
To ensure the stability of the authentic account system, the customer (Lessee) must comply with the following conditions:
- Business Products: Must be items mutually agreed upon by both parties and strictly adhere to platform policies, prohibiting prohibited goods, counterfeits, or intellectual property violations.
- Operational Experience: Customers must demonstrate professional order management capabilities, including responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours and updating tracking numbers on time.
- Infrastructure Compliance: Accounts must only be accessed through the VPS/Proxy environment provided by us. Any login attempts from unrecognized IPs or devices will be considered a serious violation.
Fees and Disbursement Policy
- Initial Fee: Starting from $69 (depending on the account type and specific agreement).
- Service Fee (Rental Fee): Calculated as a percentage (typically 5%) of the actual amount disbursed by the platform to the bank (Payout).
- Disbursement Mechanism: Funds are reconciled periodically and transferred to the customer via platforms such as PingPongX or Payoneer at least 01 business day after the funds reach the linked bank account.
- Operational Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all listing fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees, and advertising costs incurred by the storefront.
Tax and Legal Handling
We are responsible for providing accounts fully configured with payment systems and valid tax profiles in the local country. All complex issues related to tax reporting and international cash flow legalities will be handled as an all-inclusive package, ensuring the customer’s cash flow remains transparent and secure.
Operational Standards and Risk Control
To protect accounts from suspension risks, customers must maintain the following Shop Health metrics:
- Dispute Rate (Cases): Must not exceed 4% of total orders.
- Review Ratings: Maintain an average rating of 4.0 stars or higher.
- Copyright Infringement (IP): Strictly no violations of intellectual property rights (Trademark/Copyright). If a violation leads to a permanent account ban, the customer is liable for an asset compensation penalty (typically $399 per account).
Fund Reserves and Risk Sharing
- Reserve: If the platform applies a revenue hold policy (due to a new shop or unusual fluctuations), we will disburse based on the actual funds released by the platform and are not obligated to advance any held portions.
- Platform Risk: If an account is locked due to large-scale sweeps (Mass Suspend) despite the customer following all procedures, we will support providing a replacement account at a discounted rate.
Service Termination
The service will terminate upon the expiry of the contract or if the customer seriously violates access security regulations, alters core financial information, or allows operational metrics to exceed thresholds, leading to the risk of account failure.
